NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Town of Bernalillo, Sandoval County will Sealed Proposals at 3:00 pm, Thursday, April 10, 2024, at the Town Council Chambers, 829 Camino Del Pueblo/PO Box 638, Bernalillo, NM  87004, or other designated area at the Town Offices; ON THE FOLLOWING:

 

 Fiscal Year (FY): 2024, 2025, 2026 Annual Audit Services 

Proposal Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the following location:

Mail proposals should be addressed to the Finance Office at PO Box 638, Bernalillo, NM  87004; with the envelope marked: 2024, 2025, 2026 Annual Audit Services

RFP No. 2024-03-10; on the lower left-hand corner of the submitted envelope. It shall be the responsibility of the Offeror to see that their proposal is delivered to the Town of Bernalillo reception desk by the date and time set for the proposal request. If the mail or delivery of proposal request is delayed beyond the opening date and time, proposal thus delayed will not be considered (no electronic submissions will not be accepted). Proposals will be reviewed with possible negotiations to follow.
