If you would like to organize an EVENT in Bernalillo, please complete the EVENT APPLICATION if any of the following are YES:

  • Will charge an entrance fee to attend or you expect to have 100 people or more in attendance.
  • Will require complete closure of park/facility for your event.
  • Will charge vendors to participate in your event.
  • Will have a car show.
  • Will be using any type of apparatus (including air-filled jumpers/slides/tents/etc.).
  • Will have music or live entertainment.
  • The nature of your event is deemed necessary for exclusive use by the Public Works Department or the Economic & Community Development Department
