What is “Hop Into Bernalillo?”
Hop Into Bernalillo is 21+ tour that highlights Bernalillo’s breweries. Participants will get to tour Kaktus and Bosque Brewery, learn some beer-making techniques, and sample food and beer from each location.
What is included in my ticket?
Participants will receive a tour of Kaktus Brewery and Bosque Brewing Co., learn how beer is made, sample beer and food from each location, and receive a t-shirt from Kaktus Brewery and a pint glass and pin from Bosque Brewing Co.
How will I get to each brewery?
Participants should arrive at the Bernalillo Community Museum at least five minutes prior to the start of your tour. A shuttle will then drive you to each brewery location, and drop you back off at the museum when the tour is over. The address to the Museum is 118 Calle Malinche, Bernalillo, NM 87004.
Will I be able to purchase additional food or beverages during the tour?
During the tour, participants will not be allowed to drink additional alcoholic beverages beyond the samples provided at each brewery. However, participants will be able to purchase additional food while on the tour, and are allowed to purchase beer to take home.
What if I want to stay at one of the breweries longer than the tour allows?
You may stay at either brewery past the time allotted during the tour, however, you will be responsible for finding your own transportation back to your vehicle, or home. The shuttle will not be available to do additional pick-ups or drop-offs.
How long does the tour last?
The tour is schedule from 11:30 am – 4:00 pm. Participants will be picked-up at the Bernalillo Community Museum at 11:30 am. The shuttle will drop-off the tour group at Kaktus Brewery just before 12:00 pm, and the brewery tour will last until 1:30 pm. The shuttle will then take the tour group to Bosque Brewing Co., arriving just before 2:00 pm. That tour will end at 3:30 pm, and participants will be dropped back off at the museum by 4:00 pm.
How do I purchase tickets?
Seating is limited and do we expect this tour to sell out. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time at HoldMyTicket.com.
What if I need to cancel my trip? Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets, however, you may be able to exchange your ticket for a later brewery tour date, depending on availability and circumstance. Please contact the Bernalillo Community Museum for more details.
